Position Summary - Construction Experience Required

Owen Electric Company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Contracts Manager to support our growing operations across multiple divisions, including commercial, industrial, and data center construction projects.

This role is responsible for managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting project teams with contract-related documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction contract administration and a strong understanding of subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements

· Ensure all contracts comply with company standards, legal requirements, and project specifications

· Track and manage contract lifecycle from execution through closeout

· Support project teams with contract interpretation and compliance requirements

· Manage and track change orders, amendments, and contract modifications

· Maintain organized contract documentation within company systems (Procore, ShareFile, Vista, etc.)

· Coordinate with legal counsel, project managers, and leadership on contract-related issues

· Monitor insurance requirements, lien waivers, and compliance documentation

· Assist with risk identification and mitigation strategies on active projects

· Ensure timely execution of contracts to support project schedules

Qualifications

· 3–7+ years of experience in contract administration within construction (electrical contractor preferred)

· Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentation

· Experience supporting large-scale commercial or industrial projects (data center experience is a plus)

· Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Vista, or similar platforms

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Experience working for a large electrical or general contractor

· Exposure to hyperscale data center projects or mission-critical environments
