Our top Outside Sales Reps consistently earn $65,000–$150,000+ per year through base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
This is a performance-driven role where your work ethic directly controls your income. What You’ll DoAs an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of All U Need Pest Control in the community. You will:

• Approach and speak directly with homeowners
• Introduce our professional pest control solutions
• Build trust and educate customers
• Create and close service agreements
• Help families protect their homes from pests

You’ll receive full training, sales scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed—even if you’ve never done outside sales before. Daily Responsibilities

• Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Deliver confident, professional sales presentations
• Customize solutions based on customer needs
• Overcome objections and close sales
• Enter activity and sales into our CRM
• Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For You do not need pest control experience — we train the right people.

You do need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Drive to hit goals and earn more
• Ability to work independently
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years driving history
