Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends.
- Background check may be required for employment.
