Physical Therapist Assistant- Providence Benedictine Home Health
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Service Area: Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, Dallas, Monmouth, South Salem areas
Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients' special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License.Â
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.Â
