About the Role:

Location: St Charles, IL
Department: Production
Employment Type: Full time (Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) 

As a Mixer/Batcher in the Chemical Powder Coating Manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that raw materials are blended to meet specific product formulations. Your primary responsibility will be to operate mixing equipment and monitor the mixing process to achieve the desired consistency and quality of the final product. You will collaborate closely with quality control teams to conduct regular tests and adjustments, ensuring that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of mixing processes and ingredient usage, contributing to efficient production practices. Ultimately, your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of the products we deliver to our customers, making you an essential part of our manufacturing team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic understanding of mixing processes and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in food safety or quality control.
  • Experience with automated mixing systems.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure proper blending of materials.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and adjustments during the mixing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage and mixing parameters.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on mixing equipment.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include a strong attention to detail, which is essential for monitoring the mixing process and ensuring product quality. Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and quality control personnel.
