Job Summary

Owns administrative and documentation functions for all shopping events from creation through completion. Ensures accuracy and timeliness in system data and communication across teams.

Job Duties

• Create and maintain shopping events in FMS and Salesforce.

• Prepare Scope of Work packets and send to shops/customers.

• Track car movement via CLM/DDCT and update status.

• Manage inbound/outbound disposition communication.

• Ensure documentation accuracy before invoicing.

• Escalate exceptions or missing data to Team Manager.

• Serve as first line of contact for event status updates.

Education and Experience 

• 3+ years in rail operations or administrative coordination(preferred).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and FMS systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Measures of Success

• System accuracy and documentation completeness.

• Timely event creation and updates.

• Reduction in documentation errors before invoicing.
