Job Description

The Main Cashier is responsible for all transactions handled by Casino Cage

(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)

• The Main Cashier fills/credits with pit.
• Verify drops from the count teams.
• Team member transactions.
• Safekeeping/front money transactions.
• Return chips - foreign currency.
• The Main Cashier is accountability for all cages and windows.
• Jackpots with slots.
• Make and bag all bank deposits.
• The Main Cashier will receive/transfer of coin/chips.
• Responsible for confidentiality of company records.

Qualifications

(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis) 

• Two (2) years’ casino on a 2 years of banking experience with working knowledge of all cage functions and regulations.
• Legible handwriting
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
• Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
• Must successfully pass background check
• Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
• Must be 21 years of age
• Delivers superior internal and external guest service in Boyd Style.
