Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking LTC OT for a travel/contract position in St Charles, MO. We are accepting both local and travelers candidates.
Position Details:
Position Name: Occupational Therapist (OT) LTC

Pay Rate: $2400 to $2480 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hr work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: LTC, Rehab
Shifts available: Days
Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri
Position Requirements:
- Occupational Therapist: 1-2 years - Required
- Recent/Current LTC or Rehab OT experience: Required
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- OT License for State applying or Compact if applicable - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA - Required
Job Description:
- Provides all aspects of Occupational Therapy services to the assigned case load
- Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports
- Supervise Assistant / Aide staff as guided by governing board.
- Designs and fabricates splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions.
- Designs and administers treatment programs to increase patients' (residents) levels of functioning.
- Uses therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.
- All other duties within scope and practice as assigned
- Must be willing to float to a facility nearby
