Job Summary
The Route Process Administrator performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in accordance with standard procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs the driver overage and shortage research and resolution (cash and product/load).
- Reviews and verifies end of day driver paperwork. Runs daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes are settled. Investigates and resolves settlement issues.
- Ensures proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.).
- Prepares driver paperwork for Imaging.
- Validates proper use of cash drop log and ensures security of route cash. Maintains cash reconciliation and driver deposit log.
- Receives and verifies full service bag count and full service handheld. May be responsible for counting the money.
- Troubleshoots handheld issues impacting settlement.
- Either prepares deposit for pick up by armored car service, or performs cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-Ready status of deposit.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum one year of work experience required.
- Prior experience in an automated office environment required.
- Experience in cash room environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel, and Word.
- Capable of collecting, verifying, and validating route cash deposits and accounting settlements.
Pay: $18.00 an hour
