As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Brief Summary of Duties

• Repair and part out Notebooks. 
• Research values, prepare items for resale and ensure re-marketable equipment is not recycled
• Sort and track new and used parts installed in devices
• Ensure all customer data has been removed from equipment
• Travel for in state or out-of-state special projects as needed (optional).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department.

Experience and/or Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Resume must show a background working with computers and hardware repair
• Effective and articulate verbal and written communication that is clear and concise.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience using basic computer software.
• Basic math skills to count IT equipment with speed and accuracy.
• Use organization tools such as internal computer software to locate and gather stock with handheld devices, and bar code scanners.
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience and/or Education Preferred

• A+ certification
• Apple certification
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
