As a Client Services Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver on our promise of excellence, and serving others by delighting people for all of life's celebrations.

Job Description: The Client Services Associate handles order inquiries from all departments, manages a multi-line phone system, resolves issues, assists the sales department when needed, and reviews customers' orders for accuracy of spelling, grammar, and product. The Client Services Associate reviews and distributes customer orders received in the stores, over the phone, and placed online. This position requires great attention to detail, the ability to stand for up to 10 hours, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer orders for accuracy of spelling, grammar, and product
  • Distribute customer orders to the correct departments
  • Answer calls from all departments and customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with customer services
  • Assist the sales department
