What You’ll Do

• Execute daily cycle counts with a high level of accuracy and accountability
• Organize, straighten, and maintain product lines to ensure efficient warehouse flow
• Verify overstock quantities and confirm correct product locations across zones, aisles, and bins
• Support product line transitions, including restrings, relocations, and new product placement
• Review and validate inventory adjustments, including recounts and quantity changes
• Scan and transfer stock and special order parts between totes (maintaining safety standards under 50 lbs.)
• Partner with warehouse leadership and front office teams to align on incoming/outgoing product lines
• Proactively plan for vendor returns, product changeovers, and inventory shifts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Solid communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
