Warehouse Receiving Lead (Evening Shift Leadership Opportunity)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Receiving Lead to join our team. This role offers the best of both worlds—hands-on warehouse work combined with leadership responsibility. You’ll spend the first part of your shift supporting receiving operations and then lead the evening team from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, ensuring smooth operations, accountability, and a positive team environment.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse Receiving Responsibilities (First Half of Shift):

  • Accurately receive and process incoming freight
  • Enter shipments into ADIS/TPW systems and/or receiving logs by vendor and PO number
  • Sort and stage incoming product in designated areas for scanning and stocking
  • Receive and log small parcel deliveries (UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee, Ace Tool, etc.)
  • Assist with unloading and loading trucks
  • Support inventory activities including stocking, product movement, and cycle counts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Partner with team members to ensure efficient flow of inbound/outbound shipments

Leadership Responsibilities (4:00 PM – 9:00PM):

  • Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members during the evening shift
  • Hold team accountable to productivity, accuracy, and safety standards
  • Provide real-time direction and problem-solving support
  • Ensure daily operational goals are met efficiently
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership on shift performance and any issues
