HVAC Service Technician

We're looking for a tech who can diagnose a failing compressor and explain it to a homeowner without making their eyes glaze over. If that's you keep reading.

PAY: $20 – $35/hr (based on experience) + Commission + Spiffs + Bonuses Medical & Dental after 90-day probationary period

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

2+ years of residential HVAC field experience

Available for evenings and weekends — customers need us when they need us

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, and Florida heat — no complaints

Strong people skills — you're in customers' homes, not a warehouse

Ability to lift 60 lbs and show up looking like a pro
