We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our pediatric team. In this role,
you will provide both clinical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the medical
office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient
care and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital information
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
Arrange laboratory services and follow-up testing
Update and maintain accurate patient medical records
Assist providers during examinations and procedures
Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, and documentation
Prepare, stock, and sanitize treatment rooms and medical instruments
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
Knowledge of medical office procedures and patient care practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Service-oriented with strong attention to detail
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, preferably eClinicalWorks
Experience with the Florida SHOTS immunization system preferred
Knowledge of vaccine administration and immunization schedules
