Summary

CentraCare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiation Oncologist to join our growing team in St. Cloud, MN with outreach to Alexandria, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading regional cancer center that provides exceptional care across multiple thriving communities. Join a group consisting of 5 Radiation Oncologists and 3 Advanced Practice Provider all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Collaborative group, excellent opportunities for mentorship for newly trained physicians. Creative cross coverage program to provide optimal work/life balance. 

Schedule

• ​​Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Plaza  

• Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 4pm

• ​Monday – Friday, no weekends

• 1:5 Call 

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $600,000 - $780,000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Radiation Oncology 

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
