As a Warehouse Returns Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring returned products are processed efficiently and correctly—helping our stores, customers, and operations stay on track.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

Keep product moving efficiently

• Unload and load trucks, move merchandise, and prepare outbound freight
• Process returned products from stores and vendors with accuracy and care
• Scan or manually check in returns and ensure all required paperwork is complete
• Re-box items as needed and track re-boxing details for reporting
• Shrink wrap cores and warranty items and stage them for pickup
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized product placement

Support warehouse operations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with tote preparation, stocking, and general material handling
• Jump in to support teammates and other warehouse areas as needed
