This role provides strategic direction and leadership for the CentraCare/Carris Health workplace violence program. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
- Day shift | Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $68,952 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $68,952 - $103,438.40 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required or 2 yr degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Leadership, Criminal Justice, Community Health or related field and 2-4 yrs experience
- Has strong skills in project management, data analysis, education/training, Microsoft software, communication, and organizational skills
- 1 year of experience in Education development
- 1 year of Workplace violence prevention program management experience
- 1 year of Presentation/public speaking experience
- 1 year of Leading and facilitating teamwork
