Legacy Restoration is a home remodeling and renovation company that is motivated to keep developing and stay at the forefront of the industry. Our Waite Park, MN team is hiring a part-time Front Office Admin to handle the critical administrative functions that keep our business successful. You'll need to be highly organized, flexible, and able to balance competing priorities. If you're ready to give your best in this office management position, keep reading!

Flexible Hours:

  • 15 hours per week

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS OUR FRONT OFFICE ADMIN:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to sales teams, managers, and department leads
  • Assist with project planning and implementation as assigned
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, forward calls to the correct person/department, and provide professional customer service
  • Keep track of office supplies, collateral, apparel, and other assets, ordering more as needed
  • Coordinate, prepare, set up, and clean up sales meetings
  • Tackle additional administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High computer proficiency with knowledge about Microsoft 365 applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively and balance multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Task prioritization and time management skills

Bonus Criteria:

  • 2+ years of employee onboarding/offboarding experience
  • 2+ years of proven office management/administrative experience
