Responsibilities

  • Perform collision repairs including metal repair, panel replacement, and structural work
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair and refinish
  • Repair or replace damaged body parts according to estimates and OEM procedures
  • Use frame and measuring equipment when required
  • Identify hidden damage and communicate with estimators and management
  • Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines
  • Work efficiently to meet production and quality goals

Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an auto body or collision repair      technician (preferred)
  • Knowledge of collision repair methods, tools, and      materials
  • Ability to read and follow repair estimates and OEM      procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own tools preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
