What You’ll Do:

• Greet arriving passengers and assist them through the vehicle rental process.
• Help customers choose the best car for their trip, explaining features and rental options.
• Promote upgrades, protection plans, and add-on services to enhance customer experiences.
• Handle contracts, payments, and returns with speed and accuracy.
• Clean, inspect and coordinate vehicles with the service team to ensure every car is clean, safe, and ready to go.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years).
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. 
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving airport setting.
