We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to join our operations team — someone who loves digging into data and turning findings into real process improvements. What You’ll Do

Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records across all locations and systems
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions
Plan and execute cycle counts and physical inventory audits, reconciling results with system data
Generate regular inventory reports and KPI dashboards for leadership and department stakeholders
Partner with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to improve inventory processes and reduce shrinkage
Maintain and update reorder points, safety stock thresholds, and inventory parameters in the ERP system

What We’re Looking For Required

2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a related operations role
Proficiency with ERP or WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
Solid understanding of inventory management concepts (FIFO, safety stock, cycle counting)
High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
