Our portfolio includes 17 brands and thousands of unique products.  Position Title: Production Capsule Line Operator Position Overview:  We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Production Line Attendant to join our Growve Southern Utah team in our new location. This brand-focused role will support our Production Capsule Line production department in a safe and efficient manner.  Objectives & Responsibilities:  Weigh and test the product as it comes from the blender.  Help place desiccants into bottles.  Place bottles on the production belt.  Insert necessary items into the product before sealing.  Add additional packaging items as the product moves along the line.  Inspect the product for proper sealing.  Label package.  Box and label the finished product.  Requires standing throughout the shift.  Maintain proper function of equipment through PMs.  Running of specific manufacturing equipment on the production line depending on production needs including but not limited to capper, blender, polisher, counter, case taping, etc.  Skills & Qualifications:  Ability to be a team player and willing to take directions from management and crew leader.  Has a continuous improvement mindset to improve processes on the production line.  Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.  Demonstrate reliability and dependability.   Ability to lift to 50 lbs. when needed is required.  Position requires standing for the duration of the shift.   May be exposed to airborne powder particles.  Must be able to work in an environment with allergens, including nut exposure.  Successfully passing our criminal background check.    Additional Details:  Full Time with Competitive Pay   Health Benefits Package  DTO  401(k)  Progressive Working Environment  Access to Chiropractor twice a month  Monday – Thursday 6:20 am - 4:45 pm   Located in Washington, Utah  Notice to Recruiters — We do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
