Position Title: Fulfillment Team Member Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Member to join our Growve team in Southern Utah. This brand-focused role will support our logistics department by getting orders out in a timely, safe and efficient manner. Objectives & Responsibilities:  Pick, Wrap and State pallets for Pick-Up Verify all offers are accurately filled Create all necessary freight documents Load/Unload trucks throughout the day Product Replenishment Troubleshoot Inventory issues as they arise On Time Delivery for all orders Move and Organize orders by driving the forklift Update and Maintain information in Company ERP Use 5 S Process to keep department organized and visible Continually improve processes and update SOP’s for efficiency Follow all GMP Guidelines and Food & Safety Regulations Skills & Qualifications:  Forklift Certified Key eye for accuracy Work as a team Communicate effectively with team members and other departments Ability to stay organized Lifting up to 50lbs on occasion Additional Details: Full Time with Competitive Pay   Health Benefits Package  DTO  401(k)  Progressive Working Environment  Located in Washington, Utah   Notice to Recruiters — We do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
