Floater Teacher – Infant, Toddler & Preschool Support
The Learning Experience – Newark is seeking a flexible and dependable Floater Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role provides classroom coverage across age groups while helping maintain a positive and organized learning environment throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Support classrooms across multiple age groups as neededÂ
- Â Assist with classroom routines, activities, and transitionsÂ
- Â Help maintain classroom organization and cleanlinessÂ
- Â Provide ratio coverage throughout the centerÂ
- Â Support meals, learning centers, and classroom preparationÂ
- Â Communicate professionally with families and teaching team membersÂ
- Â Follow Delaware licensing and safety requirementsÂ
Qualifications
- Â TECE 1 or TECE 2 requiredÂ
- Â Prior childcare experience preferredÂ
- Â Comfortable supporting multiple classroom environmentsÂ
- Â Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented approachÂ
- Â Must meet Delaware childcare licensing requirements
