As a grid welder you will operate and hand?feed a semi?automatic welding machine to produce high?quality grids used in our manufacturing process. No certification required—training is provided.
18$hr Pay weekly, Weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Operate semi?automatic grid?welding machines safely and efficiently
Hand?feed metal components into the machine
Monitor machine operation to ensure proper weld quality
Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet standards
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety rules and company procedures
Work as part of a fast?paced production team

Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical aptitude or machine?operation experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and with good attendance
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Forklift Experience is required
