Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00


Minimum Experience, Education & Skills RequirementsĀ 

  • College degree preferredĀ 
  • H.S. Diploma or GED and 1+ year laboratory experienceĀ 
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (primarily Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)Ā 
  • Reliable, Organized, Efficient, Attention to detailĀ 
  • Clear verbal communicatorĀ 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentĀ 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independentlyĀ 
  • Able to multi-task and prioritizeĀ 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a teamĀ 

Job DutiesĀ 

  • Perform standardized tests on the productĀ 
  • Notify production and management immediately when product is out of specificationĀ 
  • Assist in managing retain programĀ 
  • Create Retain samples for all inbound and outbound loads (for 6-month storage)Ā 
  • Complete paperwork as directed using good documentation practicesĀ 
  • Monitor shared lab email inbox and make sure all emails are responded to in a timely mannerĀ 
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspaceĀ 
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on lab equipmentĀ 
  • Notify Lead and Quality Manager when supplies are running lowĀ 
  • Provide information to production staff and management when requestedĀ 
  • Communicate any safety or quality concerns with plant management and corporate qualityĀ 
  • Keep lab neat and cleanĀ 
  • Other duties as assignedĀ 

Physical RequirementsĀ 

  • Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, walk, reach, squat, push, pull, and climb stairs for extended periods of timeĀ 
  • Must be able to work from elevated surfaces and/or in confined spaces for extended periods of timeĀ 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsĀ
