This is a rewarding role where your warmth, work ethic, and ability to connect with homeowners will make a lasting difference. We’re not just selling construction, we’re helping people protect what matters most.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Perform roof inspections and assess damage or aging issues.Â
- Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, windows and gutters and pricing.Â
- Build and present professional estimates and proposals.Â
- Leverage Storm Guard tools like AccuLynx for proposals and follow-ups.Â
- Guide clients through the entire retail sales process.Â
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.Â
Required Skills & QualificationsÂ
- 2+ years of retail residential construction sales experience, or exterior trades (windows, gutters, siding) experience.Â
- Comfortable using technology platforms for CRM and estimating.Â
- Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.Â
- Strong understanding of construction systems and construction basics.Â
- Motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.Â
