The ideal Installation Subcontractor will lead a two-man crew or larger, showcasing a proven track record of delivering top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Executing window and door installations with meticulous attention to detail
- Effectively communicating with the main office to relay job updates and information
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborating with team members to problem-solve and ensure seamless installations
- Taking initiative to resolve job site challenges and deliver high-quality results
- Maintaining availability for a minimum of 3 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
- Delivering competitive labor rates for exceptional work performed
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in window and door installation
- High level of technical problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment, resolve issues, and support fellow crew members

- Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums:
- General Liability
- $2 million aggregate
- $2 million products & completed operations
- $1 million per occurrence
- $1 million personal advertising injury
- Automobile liability - $1 million combined single limit
- Workman's Compensation- $500k-$500k-$500k
- Umbrella or Excess Liability- $5 million
- Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
