The Role

We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist Supervisor to join our Program Delivery team. In this role, you will lead and support a team of Project Control Specialists (PCS), helping drive consistency, quality, and successful project delivery across our portfolio.

This position combines team leadership, client engagement, and hands-on expertise in project scheduling and controls to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.


What Your Day Will Look Like 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner on project controls efforts
  • Lead and support a team of Project Control Specialists, promoting best practices and consistent execution
  • Review and ensure timely completion of monthly Primavera P6 schedule updates
  • Mentor team members in developing Level 2 and Level 3 schedules
  • Guide PCS staff in cost loading and labor resource loading techniques
  • Ensure teams are effectively monitoring project progress and identifying impacts to the critical path
  • Oversee preparation of schedule reports, analytics, and project insights
  • Support continuous improvement of team processes and overall performance
  • Complete additional responsibilities as needed


What You'll Bring to the Familia

Essentials to Succeed:
•    Bachelor’s of Science Degree 
•    4 years of PCS Experience 
•    Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Proficient at scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and updating project schedules. 
•    Knowledge of cost and labor resource loading schedules. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. 

What Will Make You Stand Out:
•    Bachelor’s of Science degree in a technical field. 
•    PMI-SP Certification 
•    Experience in Electric Utility Scale projects.
