This is a union position designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the electrical trade. You will work alongside experienced electricians to learn installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems throughout our manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of:
• Industrial wiring and conduit
• Motors, drives, and control systems
• Electrical panels and distribution equipment
• Production machinery and facility systems
• Use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools
• Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical failures
• Read and work from basic blueprints, schematics, and work instructions (as training progresses)
• Follow all plant safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Participate in on-the-job training and skill development through the union program

Salary: $28-$38 an hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
