Job Summary

The Part-Time Classroom Aide at Annunziata Learning Center supports the lead teacher in creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment. This role assists with daily classroom activities, student supervision, and instructional support while fostering the academic, social, and spiritual development of students in a faith-centered setting.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the teacher with classroom instruction and daily lesson activities
Support individual and small group learning under teacher guidance
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and designated times
Provide additional support to students who need extra assistance
Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive behavior
Assist with arrival, dismissal, and other routine procedures
Communicate effectively with the lead teacher regarding student needs or concerns
Follow school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Model respectful behavior and Christian values in all interactions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience working with children preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
Commitment to supporting a faith-based school environment
