Primary Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain the accuracy and integrity of assigned general ledger and subsidiary accounts. 

• Process accounting transactions and support daily, monthly, and year-end financial reporting activities. 

• Assist with budgeting, month-end close, audits, regulatory reporting, and financial analysis. 

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and organizational accounting policies while maintaining accurate financial records. 

• Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve accounting issues and improve operational processes. 

• Support departmental initiatives, provide backup for team members, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a credit union or financial institution

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

Rewards

  • Salary Range: $48,346.93 - $60,433.67
