RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an on-site Agentic Engineer, you'll work hand-in-hand with customers in fast-paced, high-impact production environments, embedding deeply to understand their needs and challenges.
- You'll design, build, and deploy AI agents that deliver measurable value, mapping problems to solutions and shipping features that directly enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and operations teams, you'll drive clarity across teams, identify patterns from real-world usage, and feed insights back into our agentic solutions, and you'll be pushing the boundaries of what agents can achieve while ensuring delivery is both rapid and reliable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency – you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills – clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python and other modern programming languages.
- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in AI applications (e.g., research, jobs, side projects).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
- A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
Even Better If You Have:
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Have been a founder or founding engineer – you know what it means to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- Familiarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $45,864 to $101,520. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
