The School for Professional Studies offers globally accessible, academic, professional, and continuing education programs for students in Saint Louis University's Jesuit tradition of excellence. Our faculty and staff promote a student-centered, innovative, and enterprising environment built on a foundation of integrity, accountability, and collaboration. We provide undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, professional certificates, and post-baccalaureate certificates. While most of our courses and programs are taught entirely online, we do teach on-campus courses through the University’s Global Graduate initiative. 

The School for Professional Studies (SPS) invites applications for seven (7) Assistant Professor, non-tenure track, full-time faculty positions to teach in the Master of Science in Information Systems program. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. We will only consider applicants with a master’s degree in these disciplines if the candidate can demonstrate extensive industry experience and certifications.

Candidates will teach up to eight graduate-level courses across two modalities: online and on-campus. There is no research expectation as this is primarily a teaching position. Additional expectations include service to the program, the School for Professional Studies, and Saint Louis University as assigned by the Director of Information Systems in consultation with the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
