CMT provides planning, environmental, design, and construction observation phase services on projects in all four of these groups and more, which range from simple to complex. Â
What you will do:Â
- Support a variety of engineering, planning, or corporate projectsÂ
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideasÂ
- Developing technical reports and presenting collaborative ideasÂ
- Be open to feedback and professional growthÂ
- Engineering new grads: assist with planning preparation & field visits alongside experienced engineersÂ
- Corporate new grads: Support process improvement and team collaboration within business unitsÂ
Here is what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or your technical field is required. 
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to learn. 
- Ability to work in the field, as needed, for engineering roles.
- Possession of a current and valid driver’s license to travel to field sites, as needed, for engineering roles.
Ideally, you will also have:
- 0-4 years of Civil Engineering or internship experience related to your field.

The expected compensation range for this position is $70,500 - $81,000 annually. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location.
