  • Develop civil site grading and drainage designs
  • Assist with reinforced concrete foundation design for substation structures
  • Perform above-grade structural design and loading analysis for steel, concrete, aluminum, and other materials
  • Collaborate with team members to review and check engineering work
  • Apply problem-solving skills to develop practical, project-based solutions
  • Communicate effectively with your team and raise any challenges or concerns early
  • Follow QA/QC standards to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Complete work within established timelines and budgets, or proactively communicate when adjustments are needed
  • Interact with clients as needed, with support from your supervisor
  • Continue building technical knowledge and professional skills, including communication, teamwork, and networking
  • Participate in team events and contribute to our collaborative, inclusive culture

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience with design and analysis tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or RISA
  • Familiarity with PDF tools like Bluebeam or Adobe
