Overview

Are you ready to make a difference for small businesses? As a Client Service Manager, you'll be the go-to person for a group of accounts, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with care and expertise. You'll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth while contributing to Gallagher's legacy of trust and service.


How you'll make an impact

  • In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of small business accounts, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality solutions.
  • You'll be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through renewals and delivering tailored insurance options.
  • By building strong relationships, you'll secure existing business and uncover opportunities for additional services.
  • Your work will directly support Gallagher's mission to help businesses thrive and communities prosper.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience

-OR-

  • High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Infrequent out of town travel required.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
