Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our team in St. Louis, MO. If you thrive in a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive work environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Essential Functions:

  • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting in person or over the phone.
  • Schedules appointments and transportation. Prepares daily client update sheets and sends appointment reminders.
  • Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in the patient’s EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
  • Manages medical record requests.
  • Processes payments, records and invoices to reconcile with finance.
  • Maintains necessary documentation and facilitates communication with providers to request authorizations for third-party payers and prior authorizations for nursing homes. Provides clinic-related correspondence to third-party billing company.
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area.

Qualifications:

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years related experience required. Experience working in physician’s office or customer-facing experience in the healthcare field preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including knowledge of Excel.
