CNC Mill Operator – 2nd Shift | $24/hr. + 15% Premium | St. Louis, MO

The Gund Company is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Operator II for 2nd Shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM). Join a team that values precision, growth, and strong teamwork.

Pay: $23/hr. + 15% shift premium
Shift: 2nd Shift | Mon–Fri

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills
• Read blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure accurate production
• Work with the team to meet daily goals

What You Need

• 2+ years CNC Mill experience
• Ability to read blueprints & use calipers/micrometers
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible for overtime

Preferred

• Manual lathe experience
• CNC programming exposure
• Custom manufacturing background
