Cocktail Server

As a Server, you will be required to have extensive knowledge of our food, wine and spirits so you can make recommendations to our Guests to enhance their dining experience and ensure each order arrives exactly as expected. You must adhere to the timing of service while demonstrating a warm and outgoing personality. To be successful as a server, you should be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions. 
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, seat numbers, and how to deliver food within the restaurant using our timing and steps of service.
• Helps the guest select menu items by thoroughly going over the food and bar menus; recommending cocktails/wine, suggesting courses, and explaining chef’s features.
• Maintains the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.
