Position Summary The Construction Project Manager III leads the full lifecycle of construction and renovation projects for government facilities. You’ll manage scope, budget, and schedules while serving as the on-site leader ensuring quality, compliance, and performance. What You’ll Do Manage projects from planning through closeout Oversee field activities and contractor performance Review designs, schedules, and cost estimates Ensure compliance with safety and contract requirements Support commissioning, punch lists, and turnover Prepare scopes, reports, and project documentation Coordinate with stakeholders and lead project meetings Travel for site inspections and evaluations QualificationsWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of construction and building systems Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project planning Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency with project management tools Why MIRACORP?
