What you'll be doing!
- Professional engagement: Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally while providing a warm and friendly greeting to callers, identifying yourself and the company
- Provide resolution: Identify and prioritize urgent or escalated issues, ensuring prompt resolution
- Exceptional service: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations by assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, or updating account information
- Documentation and system updates: Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Adherence excellence: Follow established call center guidelines, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality of serviceÂ

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferredÂ
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center or retail experience preferredÂ
- Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and telephone systems requiredÂ
