This is a hospital-employed opportunity to help build and grow a high-demand program with strong system support and long-term earning potential. Solo practice initially, with planned growth to a two-physician service line 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient Integrated EPIC EMR and strong clinical support staff Call schedule: 1:3 PSLF eligible and J-1 Visa Sponsorship available $325,000 guaranteed salary (first 12 months) Sign-on bonus: $36,000-$50,000 Quality bonus up to 2.5% $15,000 relocation allowance Full benefits: medical/dental, 401(k) & 457(b), 5 weeks PTO, 1 week CME + allowance, holidays, malpractice with tailEndocrinology Physician – Southern Illinois
