Responsibilities:
- Ensure the staff creates a positive guest experience by delivering attentive service and delicious food every guest, every time. Â
- Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds standards in food quality, service, atmosphere, consistency, safety, and cleanliness.Â
- Follow and implement company policy and procedure to execute operational and sales goals. Â
- Ability to solicit guest feedback in order to understand and exceed the guest’s needs and expectations.
- Ensure all guests, customers, and vendors are attended to with a pleasant and professional attitude and demeanor.
- Manage with passion, integrity, and knowledge to develop staff and promote the values and mission of the company brand.
- Provide direction to staff to execute operational quality and consistency to accomplish the mission.
- Hold staff accountable to expected results.Â
- Maintain high attention to detail and produce accurate documentation, to ensure proper administration within compliance standards.Â
- Effectively plan, organize, and manage a multitude of tasks concurrently.Â
- Execute and ensure all administrative duties and tasks assigned are completed in a professional and timely manner and delivered to the proper senior management. Â
- Lead by example through professional demeanor, positive attitude, promptness, and communication.Â
- Professionally promote the company brand at all times. Â
- Accountable for working scheduled hours, attending weekly manager meetings and regular company meetings. Â
- Ability to work and communicate collaboratively within a team to deliver results.

- Ability to solve problems and tackle problems in an organized and strategic manner.Â
- Ability to deal with a diverse group of people in potentially adversarial situations using a calm, polite, tactful and effective approach.
