Job Summary
We are currently accepting applications for a PreK-8 Foreign Language Teacher. Ideal candidates will have experience teaching, a degree in or native fluency in French or Spanish, and will integrate Catholic values contributing to the spiritual and academic growth of students.
Job Responsibilities
路 Plan and teach language lessons that reflect both the Archdiocesan curriculum and national standards for foreign language education
路 Foster a positive, inclusive, and creative classroom environment that encourages artistic expression and critical thinking
路 Integrate Catholic values and teachings into instruction when appropriate
路 Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff on cross-curricular or special projects
路 Support school-wide liturgical, cultural, and community events through linguistic diversity
路 Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress to parents and administration
Job Requirements
路 Background check
路 Prevent and Protect Program completed through the Archdiocese
路 Degree in target language OR Native fluency with degree in Education or related discipline
路 Valid language or elementary teaching credentials
