General Foreman (Maintenance)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Position Type: Full-Time
Status: Non-Union
Per Diem: None

We are seeking an experienced Working Piping-Mechanical General Foreman for a full-time maintenance position in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing piping and mechanical maintenance crews while actively participating in daily maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in industrial piping and mechanical maintenance.
• Previous foreman or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lead crews, coordinate work activities, and ensure safe work practices.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment and perform physical job duties as needed.

Important:

• This is a non-union position.
• No per diem is offered.
• Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area and able to commute to the job site daily.
