A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. 


Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
  • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
  • Execute preventative maintenance programs
  • Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner including painting 
  • Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
  • Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules


Maintenance Technician qualifications:

  • 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry)
  • EPA Certification is preferred
  • CPO Certification is preferred
  • Class A maintenance experience preferred
  • Must be available to be on-call as required
  • Current and valid driver's license and auto insurance
