Job Summary

Holy Cross Academy is seeking a Middle School Math/Science Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The teacher is responsible for providing instruction aligned with Archdiocesan curriculum standards while supporting the mission and philosophy of Catholic education.

Responsibilities:

Teach Math and Science to middle school students
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned to curriculum standards
Cover math and science content appropriate to middle school grade levels
Assess student learning and maintain required academic records
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
Maintain a positive, structured, and faith‑centered learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Math, Science, or related field
Missouri teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain)
Middle school teaching experience preferred
Familiarity with Catholic education preferred
