Special Events and Promotions Specialist assist with the execution of events and giveaways that create memorable service experience for guests that are a part of the Caesars Rewards loyalty membership. This include set up, breakdown of all required props and supplies required for each event and not limited to helping guests at kiosks activate their offers. The position requires a flexible schedule as scheduled are based on the business demands of the events calendar. Provides superior guest service, positively effects interactions with guests and team members, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with team.
